What began in 1942 as a small gem trading house in Ratnapura — the City of Gems — has grown into one of the most trusted names in certified natural gemstones. Our founder, a third-generation gem miner, built the business on a single principle: never compromise on authenticity.
Today, Sapphire Story serves clients across 40+ countries, sourcing directly from mines in Sri Lanka, Burma, and East Africa. Every stone passes through our in-house gemologists before reaching our collection.
