By accessing or using the Sapphire Story website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Products & Pricing
All gemstones and jewellery are sold as described. Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.
3. Certification & Authenticity
All gemstones are sold with independent laboratory certificates (GIA, GRS, AGL, or Gübelin). These certificates are the definitive reference for the stone's quality and origin.
4. Payment
Payments are processed securely via PayHere. By placing an order, you authorise us to charge the total order amount to your selected payment method.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days. All orders are fully insured during transit. Estimated delivery times are non-binding and may vary due to customs clearance.
6. Returns & Refunds
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original condition. Custom-made jewellery is non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including images, text, and designs — is the property of Sapphire Story and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Sapphire Story is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services beyond the value of the original purchase.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Colombo, Sri Lanka.
