Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, accompanied by all certificates and documentation. We recommend insuring the return package.
Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.

Can I return a custom piece?
Custom bespoke jewellery cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect. We encourage all custom clients to fully review 3D renders before production commences.
