The engagement ring that started it all
We had been looking for a padparadscha sapphire for James's proposal for nearly eight months. Every stone we saw online was either too orange or too pink — never that perfect salmon-pink balance. A collector's find — unheated Kashmir type
I have been collecting fine sapphires for twelve years. When I saw a 4.1ct unheated Burmese sapphire listed on the site, I asked for the GRS certificate and a video in multiple lighting conditions. The colour was stunning — a true royal blue with excellent saturation. The team arranged a video call with the gemmologist who explained every detail of the certificate. I bought it that day and it is now the centrepiece of my collection.

My grandmother's ring — reimagined
My grandmother left me her engagement ring — a small, heavily included sapphire in a setting that was falling apart. I wanted to honour her memory with something beautiful. The team helped me source a 1.6ct Ceylon blue sapphire in a similar cornflower hue to her original stone, and connected me with a goldsmith who recreated the ring in 18K white gold. I wear it every day.
