How long does a custom piece take?
Typically 4–6 weeks from design approval to delivery. Rush orders may be possible for an additional fee — contact us to discuss.
Can I supply my own gemstone?
Yes. You can bring your own certified stone and we will design a bespoke setting around it. We recommend having the stone independently certified beforehand.
What is the minimum order value?
Our custom service starts from $800 (setting only, gem excluded). Final price depends on metal, complexity, and gem value.
Can I see the piece before it is completed?
Absolutely. We share 3D renders before production begins, and send progress photographs throughout the crafting process.
Do you offer a warranty?
All custom pieces come with a 12-month craftsmanship warranty. We recommend annual cleaning and inspection, which we provide free of charge.
